Switchboard is a registered charity run for and by LGBT people. It has been providing support and services to the Brighton & Hove LGBT community since 1975 and has branched out from a simple helpline to provide support on a variety of topics such as health, wellbeing, disability, grief, and dementia. It provides specialists support from trans people and older people within the community and helps everyone stay connected.
